Control advertising changes

Learn how Apple Ads MCP read and spend access work, enable changes with explicit confirmation, and inspect paused creations and write readbacks.

New connections start read only. Every advertising change requires the spend tier.

Only enable this after deciding to allow changes. Reset to read only from the account page or with:

apple_ads_set_write_access({"tier":"read"})

New campaigns, ad groups and targeting keywords start paused. Writes return a fresh readback. An accepted write with a failed readback may already exist, so inspect its resource ID before retrying.
